Named in recognition of Dr. Rudiger Breitenecker, who preserved evidence of more than two thousand sexual assaults on microscope slides at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center, the BreitLight Justice Fund supports the testing of sexual assault forensic evidence preserved since the 1970s. All contributions to this Fund will be used for lab testing and subsequent forensic services.
