Patricia “Patty” Otto
Lewiston, ID (July 22, 2024): Season of Justice announces a new cold case billboard campaign located along Thain Rd near Stewart Ave in Lewiston, ID. The billboard, which will be up for 24 weeks, highlights the unsolved disappearance of Patricia “Patty” Otto, who vanished on August 31, 1976. This billboard is part of a continued effort spearheaded by Patty’s daughter to keep her case in the spotlight in hopes new information will lead to definitive answers about what happened the night Patty disappeared. 24-year-old Patricia Otto, a devoted mother of two young children, was last seen on the evening of August 31, 1976. According to reports at the time, Patty left her home after an argument with her estranged husband. She left without any belongings or her children. Subsequent investigations led to theories and suspects, but no solid evidence to prove anything, and no trace of Patty. Her disappearance has left her family searching for answers for nearly 48 years.
Season of Justice is honored to support Patty’s family and dedicated team of advocates by sponsoring this billboard, which will remain up through December 2024. We hope this billboard serves as a reminder to the public that Patty’s family is still waiting for answers, and even the smallest piece of information may be crucial in finally getting the justice Patty deserves.
